    2. Check-in Location

    Wuxi Taihu International Expo Center

    II. Important Notes

The 2025 Wuxi Marathon check-in will adopt a "time-slot appointment" system to strictly control the on-site crowd density. Details are as follows:

    1. Appointment First, Check-in Later: If you do not make an appointment, you will not be able to collect your race materials.

    2. How to Make an Appointment:

Search for the "Race Assistant" mini-program on WeChat → Event Assistant → Wuxi Marathon → Appointment for Check-in Time.

Please plan your schedule carefully and make sure to check in within your appointment time. It is recommended that participants check in on Thursday (March 20) or Friday (March 21) to avoid the peak crowds on Saturday (March 22).

    III. Check-in Process

    IV. Check-in Credentials

    1. Participants must present a valid ID for check-in (original ID card, Hong Kong/Macau residents’ travel permit to Mainland China, Taiwan residents’ travel permit to Mainland China, passport or permanent resident ID for foreign participants, etc.). Ensure your ID is valid and matches the information provided during registration.

    2. For participants under 18, the guardian or legal representative must present the original guardian’s ID and a copy of the household registration book to collect the materials on behalf of the participant.

Note: If the required original documents are not provided, race materials will not be issued.

    V. Collection of Race Kits

Marathon & Half Marathon | Fun Run

    Important Item Reminder:

The race wristband is a crucial credential for participants to enter the race and collect finishers' souvenirs. Staff will help participants wear the wristband during check-in. Participants are not allowed to remove, damage, or transfer the wristband. Otherwise, the organizing committee has the right to refuse entry into the start area and deny the distribution of finishers' souvenirs for wristbands with noticeable damage.

    VI. Warm Tips

    1. Participants must collect their own race materials; no proxy collection is allowed. At the check-in location, facial recognition technology will be used to verify participants' identities. Please bring the original valid ID. If the person and the ID do not match, the organizing committee will refuse to issue race materials.

    2. For participants under 18, the guardian or legal representative must sign the race notice and the minor insurance notification at the check-in. Only then can the minor collect the race materials and participate in the race. Participants under 13 must have the same guardian or legal representative who is registered for the same event and must accompany the minor throughout the race. Otherwise, race materials will not be issued, and the participant will not be allowed to race. Participants must undergo a medical examination in a secondary Class II hospital (or above) within 12 months before the race, including a blood pressure check and either an ECG, a 24-hour dynamic ECG, or a treadmill exercise test (one of the three). If the blood pressure is too high or there are significant ECG abnormalities (e.g., bradycardia), a cardiac ultrasound is required. ECG and cardiac ultrasound are not interchangeable. Participants should assess their physical condition based on the medical report to determine whether they are fit for the marathon or related events.

    3. Participants who cannot attend the check-in in person may apply for mail delivery of all race materials (except the race bib, chip, name badge, and food) within 10 days after the race through the event's official website. The mailing fee will be borne by the participant. For specific instructions, please refer to the official announcement on the website after the race.

    4. During registration, participant shirt sizes were not collected. Shirt sizes will be distributed based on availability and in the order of requests, first-come-first-served. We will try to meet the participants' needs but cannot guarantee that each participant will get their preferred size.

    5. If participants want to exchange shirt sizes for personal reasons, they can do so at the check-in location, provided the shirt is still in its original packaging. Once the packaging is opened, exchanges will not be allowed.
